Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HomepageAuditor, including the website, AI audit tools, paid audit credits, reports, and related services. By creating an account, signing in, uploading a screenshot, purchasing an audit, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use HomepageAuditor on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

HomepageAuditor lets users upload homepage screenshots and receive AI-generated user interface, user experience, accessibility, design, and conversion recommendations. Free audits may provide a limited preview. Paid audits unlock the full report, which may include deeper category analysis, recommended fixes, color blindness previews, severity-ranked findings, and PDF downloads.

Audit results are informational and educational. They are not professional, legal, financial, accessibility-certification, or compliance advice, and they do not guarantee increased traffic, sales, conversions, revenue, rankings, or business outcomes.

You may need to sign in with a third-party authentication provider, such as Google, to use audits or paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account and purchase information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of screenshots, images, website content, and other materials you upload or submit to HomepageAuditor. You grant us a limited license to host, process, analyze, store, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide and improve the service, generate reports, process payments, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

Only upload content that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload confidential, sensitive, regulated, or highly personal information unless you are authorized to do so and accept the risks of processing that information through the service.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated recommendations before relying on them or making changes to your website.

HomepageAuditor uses automated systems and third-party AI providers to generate audit results. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, subjective, or unsuitable for your specific business, audience, jurisdiction, or accessibility obligations.

You are responsible for independently evaluating and testing any recommendation before implementing it. Similar or repeated uploads may not always produce identical results.

Each account may receive a limited number of free audit previews, currently 2 free audits. We may change, limit, revoke, or discontinue free audits at any time, especially to prevent abuse.

Paid audits are sold as one-time audit credits unless the checkout page says otherwise. A paid audit credit may be consumed when you run an eligible paid audit or unlock a full report. Prices, included features, and credit rules may change over time, but changes will not retroactively reduce reports you already purchased and received.

Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider. Your purchase may also be governed by the payment provider's buyer terms, checkout terms, tax rules, fraud controls, and refund processes.

Unless the checkout or product page states otherwise, paid audits are one-time purchases and not subscriptions. Prices are shown before checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and the payment provider.

If the site advertises a money-back guarantee for a paid audit, eligible refund requests must be made within the stated guarantee period. Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, excessive refund requests, or other manipulative behavior. If technical issues prevent delivery of a purchased report, our remedy may be replacement access, a restored credit, or a refund.

You agree not to misuse HomepageAuditor. This means you will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass rate limits, bypass payment or credit checks, interfere with security, upload malware, submit unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or use the service to build a competing dataset or model without permission.

You may not use HomepageAuditor for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activities, or in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

HomepageAuditor relies on third-party services for authentication, hosting, database, payment processing, AI analysis, analytics, and other infrastructure. These third parties may process data as needed to provide their services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, checkout pages, identity providers, or services that we do not control.

HomepageAuditor, including its design, branding, software, workflows, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you may use audit reports generated for your account for your own internal business, website improvement, client, or team purposes. You may not resell, repackage, or present HomepageAuditor itself as your own service without our written permission.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of HomepageAuditor at any time. We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, or that any particular feature will remain available.

You are responsible for downloading or saving reports you want to keep.

HomepageAuditor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that audit recommendations will improve your website, comply with any law or accessibility standard, or produce any specific business result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomepageAuditor and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to HomepageAuditor for the audit or service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the event giving rise to liability, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HomepageAuditor and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using HomepageAuditor at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, misuse free or paid credits, or use the service unlawfully or abusively.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Your continued use of HomepageAuditor after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
